If you live in the City of York area (in one of York's Wards - link opens in a new window), our service is open to you 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, including school holidays.

If you do not live in our area find your local SENDIASS.

Young people, parents, carers and professionals can use our online York SENDIASS referral form to get free confidential information and advice for 0 to 25 year olds with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) - consent is required from young people aged 16 to 25 years.

Our form gathers all the information we need, to offer you relevant information and impartial advice; we do not take sides, but help to explain your options or choices.
